Under The Lights

A University of Georgia grad session shot after dark - jersey, eye black, and a football sitting in the turf.
Standard campus portraits weren't the assignment. This one was built around a football concept: the red number one jersey, eye black across the cheek, boots, and a ball placed in the grass beside her.
We shot on a field at night with off-camera flash, letting the light fall off fast so the background drops into shadow and nothing competes with her. Red on black, one subject, no clutter.
