portrait of a woman holding a camera

ShotGWay started with a picture

I was visiting New York when a stranger took my photo, dropped it onto an iPad, and offered to sell it back to me for thirty dollars. Small interaction. It stayed with me the whole way home.

I live in Atlanta. Why couldn't I create moments like this for other people? That question became Shotgway.

It was never really about owning a good camera or landing a sharp picture — it's the feeling underneath the image. I want you to look at your photos and remember exactly how that day felt, and to see yourself in a way you maybe never have. Putting my heart into a frame is how I show love to people.

FAQ

Your questions answered

Do you travel?

Yes. Atlanta is home base, but I take work anywhere the project makes sense. Travel and lodging get quoted upfront so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How many images will we receive?

It depends on the coverage, but I'd rather send you fifty images you'd actually use than three hundred you'd scroll past. Expect roughly 5 edited images per hour.

When do I get my photos?

A preview set within 48 hours so you have something to post, and the full gallery within two to three weeks. Rush delivery is available on request.

How do I lock in a date?

A signed agreement and a 25% retainer holds it. Until both are in, the date stays open to other inquiries.

What if I'm awkward in front of a camera?

Almost everybody says that. I direct through it — small adjustments, real conversation, no stiff posing. By the second setup you'll forget the camera is there.
